Prise du Jour is a compilation of creative recipes made with harvested food. However, we don’t always have success in our outdoors activities or you may not practice foraging, fishing or hunting. Therefore, sometimes what we “catch” at the grocery store is our Catch of the day. With that in mind, substitutions for the harvested ingredients are always proposed at the bottom of the recipe card to allow everyone to enjoy the recipes!
