SUBSTITUTIONS – Since we do not always have success when going outdoors or not everyone practices hunting, fishing or picking. here are a few ideas to substitute the harvested ingredients:

  • The grouse breasts can be replaced by chicken breasts found at a grocery store
  • The grouse breasts can be replaced by wild turkey breasts, simply cut the turkey breasts in palm sized thin scallops and adjust the cooking.
