Incredibly Delicious Red Chimichurri for All Meats

1/2 cup of fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
juice of 1 lemon
2 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, roughly chopped (or pinch of red chili flakes)
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 cup of olive oil
Directions
- Option 1: finely chopped all ingredients and mix until uniform
- Option 2: place all roughly chopped ingredients in a mixer and pulse until ingredients are finely chopped (do not go until uniform liquid)
- Done! Serve on grilled meat, or vegetables.
